In general Tango works fine, good quality on calls and video! The search for contacts is kind of confusion but thats all.

Have to have the app for you to contact them

This has got to be the best app for phone calls and video calling. The calls are generally always crisp and clear, no feedback! The video calls works much better and is much more reliable than Skype.. The message texting is also fun as the sound associated is unique and it also lets you know when the opposite party has read your message each time! Overall a great alternative to WhatsApp and Viber.

Nice Image and sound qualities. I use this apps 3 times a week to meet my family.
